Strength in the later years brings freedom, longevity and happiness. A mix of strength training and walking is ideal and they can be done anywhere, any time and on any budget and paired with a good diet you can stop or even reverse many diseases and ailments and feel younger and fitter and healthier than ever.

You owe it to yourself to look and feel great all through your 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond but nothing comes for free in this world. It will require effort and consistency but once you see things improving there will be no stopping you.

The physical results can be completely life changing but the thing that isn't spoken about so much is how much happier it makes you.
